Location: Eastern Part of Portion 10 of Farm 502, just west of the Stellenbosch Airfields. The "Vineyard" application and authorisation is in the southern part of this eastern part
Owner: Spier. Area long considered one of the last large pieces of CBA in private hands in the Stellenbosch area.

The Public Notice sets out that comments may be sent to the EAP until 16 February 2026.
The Draft FBAR is essentially the Final BAR; all that must still be inserted is the comments solicited in the Public Notice.
The large majority of the files to be found on the EAP website (see Public Notice) are essentially identical with the original DBAR ones which appear below in the DBAR section.
Annexure G: collection of public comments is of course new. Ignore all the fluff and start reading at Appendix G6.
The Response Table is what really matters (Appendix G7). In this long table, the EAP replies to comments point by point and tries to discredit comments, obfuscate, repeat claims etc.
